- File compression utility.
- Avira AntiVir Personal
- Free Antivirus.
- Dropbox
- Online file storage with automatic syncing.
- EasyBCD
- Utility to edit the Vista boot menu, I use it for setting up Linux dual-boot.
- Foxit Reader
- It's not Adobe Reader.
- Git
- Even for a single developer, its 100x better than Subversion.
- iTunes
- iPhone, iPod….
- Microsoft Money 2007
- Pretty much only use it for the bill tracking capabilities. Of course, I'm forced to keep my account updated to do that…
- Microsoft Office Professional 2007
- Everybody's doing it.
- Mozilla Firefox
- I use Vimperator too.
- NetBeans
- I switch between this and Vim for Rails programming.
- PostgreSQL
- I hate MySQL's quoting syntax.
- PuTTY
- For maintaining those Linux servers.
- Vim
- Emacs makes my hands hurt.
