Installation

1. Download and install PostgreSQL
2. Download and install the Java JDK
3. Download and install Ruby
4. Download and install the devkit by extracting to C:\Ruby19 and following the instructions in the INSTALL file
5. Download and install NetBeans
6. Download and install Git on MSYS, use the Bash only option when installing.
7. Using either the cmd prompt or the Netbeans RubyGems manager install the rails gem and the pg gem for PostgreSQL
